Located in the lobby is the Desk Officer window, which is staffed 24 hours a day by a police officer who can assist you with any questions you may have.
The Records Division window is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and can provide you with copies of police/accident reports at $10 each and can accept payments by cash, check or money order for any Compliance (C) Tickets.
The Parking Division window is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. At the Parking Division you can purchase City vehicle stickers, parking permits, pay parking tickets and Red Light violations and more.
