Police Services in my Neighborhood

  • Which zone do I live in?
    • For management purposes, the Berwyn Police Department has established seven (7) zones for patrolling and record keeping. The seven (7) zones and their boundaries are:
      • Zone 1 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from Roosevelt Road to 16th Street
      • Zone 2 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from 16th Street to 19th Street
      • Zone 3 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from 19th Street to 23rd Street
      • Zone 4 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from 23rd Street to 27th Street
      • Zone 5 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from 27th Street to Stanley Avenue
      • Zone 6 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from Windsor Avenue to Ogden Avenue
      • Zone 7 is from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue and from Ogden Avenue to Pershing Road

  • I’m going out of town. Will the Police Department check on my home while I’m gone?
    • Yes, the Berwyn Police Department will issue a Premise Watch for your residence while you are away. All you need do is call the non-emergency phone number (708-795-5600) and after listening to the prompts, select Option 2 for the Communication Operators who will take your information and provide it to the Watch Commanders

  • I need to have fingerprints taken. How can I do that?

    Come into the Berwyn Police Department and see the Desk Officer. The Desk Officer will be able to determine how soon the Booking Division will be available. The cost for fingerprinting is $10.00 payable by cash, check or money order
