    • While the noise is occurring, call the Berwyn Police Department at 708-795-5600 and select Option 2 for non-emergency reporting.  If the noise has ceased by the time the officer arrives, then they can not take enforcement action unless you are willing to sign a complaint.

    • While the barking is occurring, call the Berwyn Police Department at 708-795-5600 and select Option 2 for non-emergency reporting.  If the noise has ceased by the time the officer arrives, then they can not take enforcement action unless you are willing to sign a complaint.

  • How can I report animals running loose in my neighborhood?

    • Call the Berwyn Police Department at 708-795-5600 and select Option 2 for non-emergency reporting.  Give a description of the animal (size and color) and location.

  • What do I do about a wild animal?

    • Call the Berwyn Police Department at 708-795-5600 and select Option 2 for non-emergency reporting.  Give a description of the animal (size and color) and location.

  • How do I report graffiti?

    • You can call the Berwyn Police Department at 708-795-5600 and select Option #4 for Community Service Officers/Graffiti Removal Technician and then select Option #1 for the Graffiti Removal Technician.  Give the address and building description (home, garage, business, etc.), the day, date and time.  If possible, leave you name and phone number in case we have any questions.

  • How can I report gang or drug activity in my neighborhood?

    • You can call the Berwyn Police Department non-emergency number (708-795-5600) and select Option 8 and then select Option 0 (zero).  This will allow you to leave a message for the Tactical Unit.  Provide as much information as possible such as:

      • What happened?

      • Where and when did it occur?

      • Description of activity

      • Description of vehicle(s)

      • License plate number(s)

      • Time and direction of travel of suspect(s)

      • Description of suspect(s), including clothing

      • You can leave your name and phone number if you would like a Tactical Officer to call you back.
